The first thing you should know when you're going to start a career in AWS is the AWS Career path that is composed about 12 certifications since the entry level with none or almost none of knowledge of IT all the way to a professional or specialization level such as it shows the image below.
Every single one of this certifications have a suggested experience level, study plan and every time a more specialized approach in the IT role of interest in which the candidate must approve a multiple option exam with a strict approvement criteria depending on the level.
